KNIFE GRINDING

Currently we are designing over 5 new moulding profiles per week.  By using the latest CAD and CNC technology we are able to accurately match and customize moulding profiles to our customers requests.     

LATEX INTERIOR PRIMING

Currently, we offer our customers a pre primed or raw product.  Using three spray booths we are capable of priming over 75,000 lf per day of hardwood moulding.  Once our product has been primed with Sherwin Williams interior latex primer, we send our mouldings through a buffing process to remove any grit.  Our priming process creates a high quality end product ready for installation.       

FINGER JOINT OPERATION

With the recent addition of our new Grecon Finger Joiner we have been able to streamline our finger joint operation, and we are currently utilizing 100% of our blocks.  The purpose of our finger joint operation is three fold it provides a straight product, long lengths, and competitive edge on pricing.  We convert 100% of our finger joint blanks into shutter components, household moulding, and stave core products.
